The suite was large but definitely worn and dated. They checked me in again and sent me to a different tower.
I went back to the desk where they figured out that I should be in a one bedroom. I went to the room only to find that it was the studio suite that I had originally booked. When they gave me the room key, they told me that they had used my suite upgrade. When I arrived at the hotel, they tried to tell me that I needed to pay them $60 per night for my existing room. They should be able to confirm it at no cost.
I replied back that I had requested the upgrade using my suite nights allocation. The day before I arrived, I received an email telling me I could upgrade to a one bedroom for $60 per night. I booked a studio suite and I requested an upgrade through Marriott using my suite upgrade allocation. We stayed at the JW Marriott in Las Vegas over Thanksgiving in November.
